A young Apollo, golden-haired, stands dreaming on the verge of strife.

After receiving word of Terpsichore and Calliope's situations, Apollo is doubling his efforts. He pauses at a diner for long enough to send messages to Mnemosyne and Zeus, simply stating 'I will bring the Mousai back alive or die trying.' and to meet up with assistance. After, he finds a place to get supplies, before heading out to where he's heard Styx's last known location was.

Some say discretion is the better part of valor, but I've never believed that.

True to his promise to Mnemosyne, Apollo would have taken off late Monday afternoon after he had finished healing up. He's on the hunt for Styx, knowing there's a good chance he may not find her. Anyone looking for him would find his phone is off, apartment empty, and that he has made every attempt to essentially disappear.

I brought this all upon myself.

Of course, the bitch deserved it and I stand by what I did and would do it again in a heartbeat. If only it got me closer to Euterpe.

I know what will happen next, and quite frankly, I welcome it.

A little worried by Styx's post, Apollo will be calling around to all the Mousai, making sure they're alright. The calls won't go into any details, just general 'good, you answered' type calls. He will also be making a visit to check on Querry, and sending Echo a text. Finally, he'll go first to Ate and then to Daphne and explain his motivations, hoping they understand his current feelings.

I see someone wants an accounting of all immortals. How quaint. Well, it says I have ten days to fill it out and send it back, perhaps I'll get around to it before those ten days are up.

Then again, I might not. Who knows?

Mousai, did we want to have a little gathering to catch up, or was that idea just something that interested me?

It's so good to see more of the beloved Muses showing up in the city. It gives me a measure of comfort to know that they are near. Perhaps we should all meet up and reminisce, catch up.

It seems like lately those more simple things, my connections to the mousai and nymphs is what's keeping me grounded. It's nice, to know when I need a reality check I can just look to them.

Daphne, how are you faring with the new bow? Is it working out well for you?

Perhaps I should find the time to go hunting as well...

I've been looking into getting a place of my own, and one opened up in the building Artemis lives in. This is excellent, I'm sure my twin will appreciate having her own space along with being able to see me whenever. Now, who could I ask to help decorate...?

Daphne, I was hoping at some point we could speak. I got you a present, something Artemis would approve of, but I'm unsure of where to send it.

Eros did it again, he struck both Daphne and I with his arrows yesterday. I made sure she was kept safe and did nothing to break her vows, however I worry she might feel a bit out of sorts. I wanted to let you know that she may need you, Artemis.

Also, there is trouble on the horizon from outside the family. I have reason to believe someone is messing with me from another pantheon. Some dark God has been harassing Cassandra, and I worry that the New God I've been seeing might become a target next.

Why can't things ever be simple?
